With over 15 years of experience in the pizza industry, Mark Wilson has been deeply involved in both the culinary and business sides of the field. For the past 5 years, he successfully owned and operated his own pizza restaurant, honing his skills in local business management and understanding the unique challenges of running a restaurant. Mark’s journey into the food industry started early, as his father owned a Domino’s restaurant, sparking his passion for the business.
Mark has also worked with major franchises such as Domino’s, Subway, Porky’s BBQ, and Jr Pizza Inc., gaining invaluable experience and insight into franchise operations and marketing strategies. Currently, Mark is the franchisee and owner of 2 restaurants in Southeast MO. Today, Mark is co-owner of Social and Slice and is passionate about helping restaurant owners grow their business and succeed in this competitive industry we live in!

Aaron Margrabe is the founder and owner of Split Screen Media, a digital marketing company that has been driving growth for businesses over the past five years. A true “jack of all trades,” Aaron combines his expertise in digital marketing with skills in content creation, social media strategy, SEO, and digital advertising to craft tailored solutions for his clients.
In addition to his marketing career, Aaron is part owner of The Midway, a popular restaurant located in Puxico, Missouri. The Midway offers a wide variety of dishes, with one of their main sellers being pizza—a natural connection for Aaron, given his passion for the food industry.
Before launching Split Screen Media, Aaron worked as a video editor at one of the largest churches in the country, where he developed a keen eye for storytelling and media production. His diverse background in both marketing and hospitality gives him a unique perspective on how to help businesses thrive.
